Nancy Keyser's (Grandma's) Lemon Bars

2 c flour
1 c butter
1/2 c powdered sugar

Mix and pat gently into 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
5 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt

Pour over crust and sprinkle some powdered sugar over the top. Bake at 350 deg for 20-25 minutes.

How funny that we're making the exact recipe for fhe almost exactly one year later... too funny! Can't wait to eat them! Make sure to use real lemons for the juice!

We often are very generous on the lemon juice too.
